We loved our stay. Nice hotel. Sad about not having a working hot tub. That is the one single thing I want out of my hotel. I just want to do something I love and never get to do and that is rest my tired bones in a hottub. Sarah is the best all the staff was so nice.
The La Quinta Inn & Suites in Bentonville Arkansas is one of my favorite places to stay when I'm visiting. The staff is always great and when my TV didn't work yesterday the girl came right away to fix it even though she had to reprogram the remote. They do what they can to make your stay amazing. Service from the staff was exceptional and friendly. The rooms and hotel itself were clean and in good shape. The stay was very relaxing. The breakfast was also good, with real eggs and tasty sausage. I'd stay here again!
I showed up late with my wife due to her being in the hospital and me having to work the next day. Customer Service was great and the room was clean. Definitely recommend. I asked about late checkout due to me not getting done until 5pm at work and my wife doesn't drive. They were able to give until 1pm which helped but the only way to stay later is pay for a whole nother night. I wish they had like many other hotels I've stayed were you could pay an extra $40-$50 to stay that late.
I have never been to a hotel that has such a friendly team! It’s easy to see these folks love their jobs. Smiling faces everywhere. The management team, housekeeping team, front desk team and maintenance staff are all top notch.
Rooms are clean and have everything you need. There is coffee 24 hours a day in the lobby but also refrigerators, microwaves, and coffee makers in the rooms. The front desk staff were all friendly and helpful. It was perfect for what we needed.
I had a room which would sleep 4 but only had 2 chairs including an office chair. The included breakfast was, to say the least, lacking. It included pastries the 1st day of the stay but those were gone on the 2nd day. Other than that, everything was comfortable and worked as designed.
Great value! This is a great place to get a suite for a small family. It comes with a microwave, mini fridge, pullout bed, king bed, a clean bathroom, desk, two TVs, a pretty decent hot breakfast with a waffle maker. There's an indoor pool and the staff is really friendly and accommodating. Not to mention it's a great location in Bentonville.
